SocialLets is a UK marketplace for social and supported housing. It connects tenants, landlords, and verified housing providers so placements and property needs can be matched more clearly — not through private room lets or the open rental market.
No. Tenants browse homes posted by housing providers. Landlords list whole properties for providers to match with placements — not individual rooms advertised directly to tenants.
You can register as a tenant (looking for a home), a landlord (listing whole properties for providers), or a housing provider (posting placements and landlord requirements).
Provider landlord requirements are scored against landlord whole-property listings. Providers see suggested matches on their dashboard. Tenants browse provider tenant placements on the map and placement pages.
Landlords
Whole properties for social lettings and supported accommodation — matched with verified housing providers. This is not a room-by-room board for individual tenants.
Listing is free. Landlords can add and publish unlimited properties at no cost — no listing fees and no subscription. See Access for a full comparison.

Housing providers
Two types of post: tenant placements (homes you have for residents) and landlord requirements (property you need from landlords to meet placements).
All housing providers use the platform free of charge — no subscription, regardless of organisation type.
Register with your organisation type and details. Admin review confirms your account before full marketplace access and the verified provider badge.
Yes. Approved landlord whole-property listings are matched to your landlord requirements and visible on the map and your provider dashboard.
